ATHEISM
To be an atheist, one must believe that the Universe is either eternal or self-caused -- the evidence supports neither view.
The Second Law of Thermodynamics testifies that the Universe had a beginning, and there is no evidence to suggest that a material object has the ability to create itself (First Law of Thermodynamics). Atheism asserts that this marvelous planet upon which we live, which is so intricately designed, is but an accident resulting from the forces of nature (yet see Rom. 1:20).
If logically pursued, atheism argues that there is no such thing as morality. Rather, every person is his own "god" to craft their own rules of right and wrong. After all, it is claimed that man is but the product of the blind forces of nature (evolutionary processes).
Atheist Jean Paul Sartre argued that nothing is wrong since there is no God. Every choice that man makes is right. This senseless philosophy has brought much misery to humankind.
